Gaurav Agarwal - Chairman and Managing Director (Executive)
Gaurav Agarwal, aged 38 years, is the Promoter, Chairman and Managing Director of our Company. He is associated with our company since May 18, 2009 and was appointed as Managing Director since September 2024. He completed his degree of Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Industrial and Operations Engineering) from the University of Michigan in August 2011. He was associated as a President of our Company from February 03, 2011 to November 10, 2022. He has more than 15 years’ experience in our Company. In our company he is currently looking after end to end operations and orchestrating strategic business growth initiatives.
Narendra Manikrao Ajankar - Executive Director
Narendra Manikrao Ajankar, aged 54 years, is Executive Director of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since December 2021 as Purchase Head. He was appointed as Non-Executive Director on July 17, 2023. Further he was redesignated as Executive Director on September 01, 2024. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree fromAmravati University, Maharashtra. He is actively working on taking responsibilities for end-to-end management ofprocuring, sourcing, negotiating with customers and suppliers.

Dilip Vishwanath Gondnale - Independent Director
Dilip Vishwanath Gondnale, aged 66 years, is Independent Director of our Company. He has been associated with our Company from September 2024. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Regional College of Engineering now Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, Nagpur. He was associated with Indian Ordnance Factory Service (IOFS) since 1983 and retired as Senior Deputy Director General on 2019.
Sanjay Verma - Independent Director
Sanjay Verma, aged 64 years, is an Independent Director of our Company, having been associated with us since September, 2024. He earned a Master of Philosophy in Defense and Strategic Studies from the University of Madras, a Bachelor of Science from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, and a Master of Technology in Industrial Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi. With four decades of distinguished military service, he has held senior leadership roles across various domains, including Human Resource Management, Financial and Materials Management, Equipment Management, and Supply Chain Management.
